Thomas the baker will take us through his process, focusing especially on island grain production. Thomas has long been an advocate for locally produced grain and is laying the groundwork for a local grain economy on island! He will show us seed cleaning, go thru milling equipment, and the future steps the bakery will be taking. Address is 22736 wax orchard.
