## Information We Collect

When you use Farm Friend Vashon SMS, we may collect your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in and

opt-out status, message history, HELP and STOP requests, farm-stand listing updates, produce

availability inquiries, stock-out reports, confirmation replies, and related operational records

needed to run the service.

## How We Use Information

We use this information to operate Farm Friend Vashon, send and manage SMS messages, keep the VIGA

farm-stand map current, respond to produce availability inquiries, route stock-out reports to the

appropriate farmer, honor HELP and STOP requests, review reported issues, protect the service from

misuse, and keep required operational and compliance records.

## SMS Privacy

Your mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or

marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional

purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this

information will not be shared with any third parties.

## Service Providers

VIGA may use service providers to operate the Farm Friend Vashon website, SMS delivery, hosting,

security, and support. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to

VIGA and not for their own marketing.

## Retention

We keep SMS and operational records only as long as needed to operate Farm Friend Vashon, honor

opt-out requests, resolve issues, meet legal or compliance obligations, and protect the service.

## Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from Farm Friend Vashon SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL,

END, or QUIT. You can request help by replying HELP or INFO.

Farm Friend Vashon SMS Terms

## Program Description

Farm Friend Vashon sends operational SMS messages for the VIGA farm-stand map and related

farm-stand services on Vashon Island, Washington. Messages may include farmer onboarding texts,

farm-stand inventory update drafts, publish confirmations, prompts to confirm or revise a listing,

customer inquiry replies, stock-out report alerts to farmers, and related service messages.

## Opt In

You can request to opt in by texting JOIN or START to +1 206-864-5326 (206-86-GLEAN). VIGA may

review and approve a subscriber before Farm Friend Vashon sends operational messages. Farmers may

also opt in during VIGA onboarding in person or by phone, where VIGA records consent before any

proactive SMS is sent.

## Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on farm activity and your use of the service, usually 0-6 messages

per week.

## Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation.

## Opt Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt

out, Farm Friend Vashon will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you

request to rejoin.

## Supported Commands

Reply YES to confirm an update when a message asks for it. Reply NO to cancel a pending update when

a message asks for it. Reply OUT to mark a reported item out of stock when a farmer alert asks for

it. Reply IGNORE to dismiss a stock-out report. Reply FLAG to report an issue for VIGA review.
